Supporting Individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care for clients in the community. Our ideal candidate is passionate about supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with daily routines such as morning and afternoon activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties
  • Support clients with community access and engagement, including outings and social events
  • Help manage medication and ensure adherence to treatment plans
Requirements:
  • English must be your first language
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle are essential for this role
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance issued by Service NSW is required
  • No prior criminal history
  • Relevant experience in supporting individuals with Autism and intellectual disabilities is highly desirable
