
Highly Organized Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will take ownership of implementing advice solutions and provide high-level administrative support.
About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will manage the end-to-end advice implementation process, prepare and lodge applications, forms, and supporting documents, liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure compliance requirements are met. Additionally, you will support the Practice Principal and Associate Adviser with day-to-day administrative needs. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing advice solutions to meet client needs, preparing and lodging applications, forms, and supporting documents, providing exceptional client service and communication, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance, and supporting senior staff members with administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience in financial advice administration and implementation, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to work in a small, collaborative team environment.
