Job Description:We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional to lead our employment placement program for students and graduates, both domestic and international. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with current students across all campuses, promoting the Holmesglen Graduate Employment Service, and extending the reach of our Skills and Jobs Centre within the broader community.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills to evaluate projects, solve complex problems, and implement data-driven strategies effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage stakeholders and collaborate within diverse team environments.
Key Responsibilities:- A relevant degree or appropriate advanced diploma or undergraduate degree is required, preferably in career counselling, education, or human resources or a similar field, or relevant experience.
- A thorough understanding of recruitment processes, TAFE sector programs, and Australia's international student industry is essential.
- Strong planning, time management, and MS Office skills are necessary to execute strategies improving graduate employment outcomes.
