We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. This role will involve providing comprehensive case management services to support participants in overcoming employment barriers and achieving their career goals.
- This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including participants, employers, and internal/external partners.
- The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services or related field, as well as experience in employment services, including barrier management, reverse marketing, placement and post-placement support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist participants in securing sustainable employment through referrals, reverse marketing, and on-the-job support.
- Engage with internal and external partners to connect participants with wrap-around services, such as training providers, allied health services, and community organizations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or related field.
- Experience in employment services, including barrier management, reverse marketing, placement, and post-placement support.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
