We have an exciting opportunity for you as a professional in facilitating the placement of willing job seekers into long term sustainable employment opportunities.

This role will involve facilitating job clubs, conducting job preparedness sessions and reverse marketing (cold and warm leads) to support job seekers in securing positions. Our ideal candidate is skilled in sales and telemarketing, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with job seekers and employers.

As an Employment Broker, you will be responsible for generating opportunities for job seekers through business development management. This includes performing comprehensive Reverse Marketing of willing job seekers to local businesses, generating placements, interviews and vacancies with local businesses and ensuring that suitable roles are passed through to our Recruitment Administrator or Regional Account Manager for appropriate account management.

You will also assist site in meeting placement and target outcomes through strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate group sessions at sites including information and job matching sessions and proactively engage with employers where appropriate to arrange further training, wage subsidies, PPE, pre-employment checks and any other requirements to successfully place job seekers into employment.

The successful candidate will have a current driver's licence, a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and intermediate to high level administrative skills including ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm. You will also have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, a results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
