About the Role

The role of a Clinical Excellence Manager involves leading a team to drive clinical excellence through developing and coaching clinical specialists. The successful candidate will work closely with Territory Managers and other commercial leaders to ensure effective clinical case coverage.

As a Clinical Excellence Manager, you will work with Clinical Educators to achieve alignment between online training courses and in-field clinical coaching using Boston Scientific products such as FARAPULSE, RHYTHMIA, and Access Solutions.

Key responsibilities include providing clinical support, developing technical understanding of company products, and supporting team members on cases face-to-face or remotely.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management with a proven track record of success and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance including basic trouble-shooting and clinical support
  • Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of products
  • Support team members on cases face-to-face or remotely
People Development:
  • Responsible for supporting a high-performing team and facilitating a positive working spirit and collaborative culture
  • Identify and attract clinical specialists and support their onboarding into the team
Clinical Excellence:
  • Be a subject matter expert in the product portfolio and differentiate each product line against competitor products
  • Continual development and maintenance of clinical knowledge through published literature and conference addresses
Business Processes:
  • Provides input into Salesforce over Account potential and Customer behavior based on defined market segmentation
  • Applies business practices and methods in own job function
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Models and promotes collaboration and works effectively with others to achieve goals
  • Creates an environment which promotes honest and open communication and information sharing amongst the team
Your Experience and Skills:
  • Previous leadership success/experience is highly regarded, however less experience will be considered for an exceptional candidate
  • Proven technical experience in Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management
  • Demonstrated commercial track record of success
