Clinical Excellence Manager

This position involves leading a team of Clinical Specialists in Sydney, with a focus on clinical excellence and developing the team.
The role requires close collaboration with Territory Managers and other commercial leaders to ensure effective and efficient clinical case coverage across the region.
Key responsibilities include providing clinical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.
Additionally, this role involves developing and maintaining a deep technical understanding of company products, providing technical training to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists, and Nurses.
Responsibilities also include supporting Boston Scientific team members on cases face-to-face or remotely, and providing support on training and advice to clinical team members on clinical attributes and techniques associated with Boston Scientific electrophysiology products.
This role requires a proven track record of success in leadership and mentoring, as well as experience in developing a collaborative team environment that displays core values.
Other key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, maintaining contact with major accounts and key relationships, and attending and participating in customer, company, and industry-sponsored events and meetings.
Key competencies required for success include attracting, developing, managing, and retaining talent, building and developing an engaged team, creating a culture of respect and accountability, and setting plans with clear deliverables and milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous leadership success/experience is highly regarded, however less experience will be considered for an exceptional candidate.
- Proven technical experience in Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management.
- Demonstrated commercial track record of success.
- Proven experience in mentoring and coaching others.
