About Our Clinical Excellence Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our team in driving clinical excellence through developing a talented group of clinical specialists.

This role is focused on leading, coaching and developing the clinical specialist team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will ensure that team members stay up to date with industry, competitor and product knowledge.

You will work closely with territory managers and other commercial leaders to ensure effective and efficient clinical case coverage across the region based upon the clinical customer needs.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to attract, develop and manage talent, and hold self and others accountable for making continuous progress against development objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support including basic trouble-shooting, and clinical guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias
  • Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of company products and provide training to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists and Nurses
  • Support Boston Scientific team members on cases face to face (or remotely) and providing support where required on training / advice to clinical team members on clinical attributes / techniques associated with Boston Scientific electrophysiology products

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in leadership roles, preferably in the field of electrophysiology. You should have experience in mentoring and coaching others and be able to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule.

You will also need to have a tertiary qualification in life sciences or business management, and be able to undertake regular domestic travel.
