About the Position

This role supports analytical field services, including sampling, monitoring, and equipment maintenance for water and wastewater clients. You will drive impactful environmental solutions that enhance local infrastructure and directly benefit the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data-driven decision-making through collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure effective project delivery and outcome-based results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support informed business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and policies within the organization.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Year 12 education or relevant certificates in laboratory science or trade qualifications.
  • 7 to 12 months of experience in analytical or technical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and technical support experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to health and safety practices in the workplace.
