About the role:

The Data-Driven Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns within a multi-channel environment. Reporting to the manager, this role will involve gathering, structuring, and analysing internal and external data using a broad range of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics technologies.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a background where your technical expertise and stakeholder engagement go hand in hand. Your strong data engineering skills, especially when working with large and complex data sets, will be imperative when producing campaigns and your deliverables. However, your commercial thinking and forming strong business partnerships will be the real key to your success. As a Data-Driven Marketing Campaign Specialist at RACQ, you will bring onboard the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in executing data-driven marketing campaigns within a multi-channel environment using Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar software).
  • Strong data engineering skills working with large and complex datasets using SQL on AWS Redshift and AWS Athena (or similar platforms).
  • Strong business acumen and data acumen in terms of interpreting findings, presenting insights to a business audience, and exercising sound judgment and decisions from data.
  • Highly developed communication skills and business engagement skills.
