Located in Brisbane, you'll report directly to the Digital Insights Lead and work closely with the eComm team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize customer experience across APAC websites (Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and some US markets).
  • Analyze digital performance and provide actionable insights to improve global conversion rates.
  • Deepen understanding of site experience and identify areas for improvement to boost customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Support digital production releases by monitoring performance trends and customer feedback.
  • Use analytics to identify issues affecting customer experience and recommend solutions.
  • Extract data from Google Analytics 4 and create detailed reports in Power BI.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align insights with business objectives.
  • Report findings and insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and usability principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth and professional development.
