Job Description

As an Office Administrative Assistant at Fix Network World, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business and its stakeholders. This includes answering inbound calls and email enquiries, resolving customer issues, and processing product sales internally and externally.

You will also be responsible for maintaining computer-based records management, arranging travel bookings, and coordinating Fix Auto and Novus Glass Hub activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the business and its stakeholders.
  • Answer inbound calls and email enquiries and resolve customer issues where possible.
  • Process product sales internally and externally.
  • Maintain computer-based records management.
  • Arrange travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Coordinate Fix Auto and Novus Glass Hub activities.

Requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning online platforms and systems.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
