Office Administrator

At Fix Network, we're looking for a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. With over 2,000 shops in 21 countries, we're the world's fastest growing automotive aftermarket service provider.
As an Office Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our teams, answering inbound calls and email enquiries, and acting as the first point of contact for customers with issues or concerns.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience. In addition to your salary, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
