Business Administration Trainee

About the Role:
As a Business Administration Trainee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This will include tasks such as answering phone calls, invoicing customers, and filing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Invoice customers and manage accounts
- File documents and maintain accurate records
- Perform general office duties and responsibilities
Essential Attributes:
- Organized and reliable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
