Administrative Support Coordinator

About the Role
The Office Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business, including customer service and office management.
- Process product sales, inventory management, and distribution.
- Support the Finance department with invoice processing, quotes, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including financial statements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma required.
- 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
