Job Title: Hospitality Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making every guest feel welcome.

About the Role:

  • This role involves providing top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their queries, and ensuring they have a memorable stay with us.
  • You will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage, valet, and transport, as well as handling any other requests or needs they may have.
  • In addition, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of our public areas and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to all guests.
  2. Provide assistance with luggage, valet, and transport services.
  3. Maintain public areas and equipment in immaculate condition.
  4. Communicate effectively with Security regarding any unattended luggage.
  5. Greet all guests warmly in public areas and rooms.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card.
  • Hold a valid Australian Driver Licence or IDP equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Show flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Be committed to teamwork and respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times.
