Key Role in Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations. As a Senior Guest Service Team Lead, you will be the face of our hotel, representing our brand and culture.

  • To guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction, it's essential to consistently deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
  • Utilize your skills to lead by example, provide efficient check-in and departure services, maintain accurate guest accounts, and ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure efficient cash handling and control of confidential guest data to protect both guests and staff.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Front Desk or Club Lounge Team Leader roles.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality practices and standards.
