We are seeking an experienced Claims and Return to Work Coordinator to join our team within an Employer setting. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of claims, engaging with the claims agent with a focus on proactive case management within this worker's compensation team.
The role involves coordination of processes associated with the rehabilitation and timely case management relating to 'high risk' injured and/or ill employees claims. This includes managing workers compensation claims within Victoria, engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management, and conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated and achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of rehabilitation and case management processes
- Management of workers compensation claims within Victoria
- Engagement with key stakeholders to improve claims management
- Conducting case reviews to develop individual case strategies
- Preparation of monthly reports for key stakeholders
About You
We are looking for an individual with an allied health qualification or similar, recent demonstrated experience in end to end management of high risk workers compensation claims, and the ability to influence, engage and work collaboratively with diverse groups of internal & external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Allied health qualification or similar
