Long-Term Planning Strategist

Newly created role to take ownership of the company's strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a highly successful market leader on a growth trajectory, driving sustainable improvements across the supply chain.

The Role:

  • Develop and lead long-term strategic planning processes across the business.
  • Provide demand and supply planning expertise to the operations teams.
  • Implement robust systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop sales forecasting tools and models.
  • Establish and drive S&OP functions.
  • Lead the development of inventory management policies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in demand and inventory planning.
  • Solid understanding of Demand and Supply metrics, key levels, processes, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with data processing and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of influencing key stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualified in supply chain, marketing, or sales; APICS certification an asset.
