Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Solutions Manager.

This diverse role involves using technical knowledge in the mining electrical equipment space to be the link between customers, estimating, sales, and project management teams.

You will lead front-end engagement of electrical projects across various sectors, focusing on building relationships with current and potential customers to ensure products are specified for upcoming projects.

Maintaining good working relationships with senior management, operations managers, and regional sales managers is also key.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic alliances with key customers and industry partners.
  2. Communicate market intelligence to stakeholders.
  3. Manage customer relationships to ensure products are specified for upcoming projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Knowledge of Mining Electrical Infrastructure:

  • A deep understanding of mining electrical infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of mining capital builds and overhauls.

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Organizational and Negotiation Skills:

  • Well-organized with strong negotiation and time management skills.

Educational Background:

  • An electrical background with 5 years of experience in mining electrical power systems.

Project Management Skills:

  • Proven project management skills.

Customer Orientation:

  • Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
