Commercial Law Specialist Role

This is a key position within our legal department, where you will provide expert advice and guidance on commercial matters.

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in corporate law, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and funds management.

  • You will be responsible for negotiating and executing legal documents, including those related to acquisitions, commercial agreements, and corporate transactions.
  • Management of litigation and establishment of new entities will also be part of your responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in law (LLB) and a current practicing certificate.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualified experience from a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A strategic perspective and ability to work effectively with the legal group or others outside formal line of authority.
