Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Sydney, NSW for a Commercial Lawyer and Family Law specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Independently take care of their own matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
  • Providing legal advice on various legal issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Representing clients in family law matters.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives while delivering high-quality legal services and advice.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Commercial Contracts, Legal Issues, and providing Legal Advice
  • Proficiency in law with a focus on data privacy regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in both commercial and family law is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent qualification
