We are seeking a commercially savvy legal professional to join our team as Legal Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

About the Role

This role offers a unique combination of challenge and reward, providing the successful candidate with the chance to advise on a broad range of commercial issues, including contract law, intellectual property, privacy, and competition law.

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, providing high-quality legal guidance that supports business growth and compliance.

  • Expertly draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Advising on broad variety of legal issues including general commercial, IP, privacy, and competition law
  • Support risk management frameworks and deliver legal compliance training
  • Handle legal matters related to litigation, inquiries, and more
  • Remain abreast of legal and regulatory developments
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years PQE with a current NSW practising certificate
  • Solid experience in commercial law, IP, IT, and competition law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and confidently
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Confidence in risk-based decision-making and providing practical, business-focused advice
  • Passion for continuous learning
