Customer Service Professional - WA

Workskil Australia Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia.

About the Role

This challenging role requires a professional and friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate area in a timely manner. As the first point of contact for all visitors to the site, you will be the face of Workskil, making delightful first impressions on our customers.

The successful candidate will possess strong time management and organisational skills, balancing day-to-day tasks with ease. You will be competent in using the Microsoft suite and have experience taking accurate queries by phone and using a customer relationship management system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate area in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilizing the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role, dealing with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  • Intermediate to high-level administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups.
