Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and providing operational support to colleagues.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with diverse clientele, including ex-offenders, youth, and individuals from culturally or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
- Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Demonstrate ability to balance competing tasks, prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines.
