This role forms an integral part of our frontline team, providing critical support to customers seeking employment opportunities. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to our site, embodying professionalism and friendliness even in challenging situations.

The successful candidate will excel in administration, possessing strong time management, organisational skills, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Experience with customer relationship management systems and accurate query handling by phone is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Showcase experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role, managing high volumes of client interactions.
  • Demonstrate ability to balance competing tasks, prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines.
