Customer Relations Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. This is a rare opportunity to work with us and contribute to the success of our RetireAustralia Contact Centre.
About the Role:
This role involves providing a warm and valuable experience for enquiring customers, answering their questions, and promoting our values through all customer correspondence. You will work closely with our Sales Managers, Sales consultants, Marketing Team, and Village Managers to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client complaints efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates and lead nurturing
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, village operations, and development projects
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact centre environment
- Demonstrated understanding of the retirement and care sector (desired)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce (highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
