Role Overview

  • Partner with operational leaders to support various stages of the employee life cycle.
  • Effectively manage IR and ER matters.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the overall People & Culture strategy.
  • Uphold core values and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management are required.
  • Generalist experience in a large organisation, preferably in a blue-collar environment, is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex ER matters with confidence and sensitivity is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in human resource management is required.
  • Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to negotiate and influence are critical.
