About the Opportunity

  • As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will partner with the business to provide tactical and strategic advice to executive and senior leaders to achieve commercial goals.
  • Your focus will be on developing leadership capability, improving employee engagement, and embedding culture and behaviors that deliver commercial outcomes.

This role will be based in Sydney with a blended working arrangement in our CBD offices and the remaining work from home. As a key member of the leadership team, you will participate as a business partner to address manager and staff needs.

  • You will have a strong track record of providing consulting, coaching, and issue resolution across the whole employee life cycle.
  • You will develop a people strategy for stakeholders with plans that support engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, and learning & development.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and provide managers and senior leaders with resources and tools to effectively lift engagement.
  • Participate as a member of the leadership team engaging as a business partner to address manager and staff needs.
  • Work closely with executives to provide delivery of high-quality solutions regarding BU Culture, leadership development, and all related people processes.
