We are seeking a collaborative professional to join our team. This role is a permanent, full-time position based primarily in Sydney.

About the Role

As a strategic partner, you will work closely with people leaders across all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, on-boarding, coaching and development, performance management, and employee relation issues.

You will also be responsible for facilitating company-wide programs and events such as monthly town hall meetings, welcome calls, induction sessions, and leadership development workshops.

When not working hard, we make time to connect, share stories, recipes, shopping recommendations, and a good laugh.

  • Develop and drive programs and initiatives that attract, develop, motivate, and engage employees.
  • Partner with people leaders to solve workplace health and safety issues and offboard departing employees.
