About the Role

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end process of managing employee life cycles from hire to retire, ensuring accuracy, promptness, and consistency. You will collaborate with internal functions to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee life cycle processes through SSI/Access core HCM and other related systems
  • Initiate common HR transactions and maintain data integrity
  • Partner with internal functions to deliver positive employee outcomes
  • Support the implementation of cloud-based core HCM and service delivery solutions
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in advising on awards, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • HR System administration with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
