Operations Client Service Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client services group, you will be responsible for managing all life-cycle responsibilities over various portfolios as it pertains to our customers.

The role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, external vendor partners, and end-users to ensure seamless delivery of excellent customer experiences. Your ultimate goal is to promote frequent repeat business and protect the company's best interests by building strong client rapport and ensuring continued profitability through organic growth and referral opportunities.

This position is critical to fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration, creating positive client experiences, and setting high service standards for the company.

About You
  • You have working rights in Australia and at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You demonstrate genuine concern and care in all client interactions, with a strong understanding of documentation, lease products, credit risks, and compliance policies.
  • You possess good time management skills, able to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft suite and collaboration tools, with intermediate to advanced skills.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise effectively.
