Product Life Cycle Assistant

Our organisation is seeking a driven and enthusiastic team player to assist with planning activities associated with our stores across Australia & New Zealand.

The Product Life Cycle Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with management of entire product life cycle, advising on effective logistics and allocation methods
  • Assisting with replenishment ordering from local and international suppliers
  • Planning and forecasting for merchandise purchases
  • Adjusting min/max parameters according to SKU performance and seasonal event requirements
  • Analysing and initiating stock replenishment to stores
  • Reviewing and following up of outstanding order statuses

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree in Logistics, Business or related field
  • A high level of planning and analytical skills
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of key retail measurements
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in automated replenishment systems
  • Exceptionally organised and efficient
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Time keeping & ability to meet deadlines

Desirable qualifications include experience with international purchases for consumer goods, experience in Duty Free industry or with its products, and experience with Just Enough software.
