We are seeking an experienced Economic Analyst to join our Planning and Infrastructure Economics team at ESA - Economic Society of Australia. As an Economic Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us plan for our places, cities, and regions now and into the future.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and provide strategic advice to our clients in the planning and prioritization of infrastructure investments across housing, transport, education, and skills, health, energy, and decarbonization, water, and community infrastructure.
- Undertake economic modeling and analysis, developing policies and strategies, delivering feasibility studies and business cases for infrastructure investments.
- Contribute to sustaining our positive culture, which is integral to the success of our team.
- Be supported with tailored learning and development training opportunities and work with industry leaders, enabling you to shape your growth and development at ESA.
- Work in a flexible environment across the Home, Office, and Client hubs.
- You are confident in providing economic modeling and analysis and strategic advice to help shape infrastructure investment decisions.
- You have recent experience in quantitative analysis, cost-benefit analysis, geospatial analysis, data visualization, and/or model development.
- You have a passion for facilitating better community outcomes through enhanced infrastructure, assets, and places.
