**Your Impact**

Reporting to the RECA Field Sales Manager, the Spirit Activation Specialist (SAS) is responsible for driving the sales, brand education and advocacy of our Spirit portfolio including **Never Never** through partnering & supporting the CUB Sales teams along with managing a dedicated customer territory in Brisbane.

**Key Accountabilities**

In this exciting new role, you will use love and knowledge of spirits to:

- Identify & Target key influential cocktail bars & premium venues within territory
- Build effective long-term relationships with customers by understanding their key business drivers & requirements.
- Review venue performance & identify opportunities and obstacles to drive growth brand advocacy
- Maintain real time activity reporting in the CRM database with accurate up to date customer information
- Staff Training to build brand engagement & advocacy
- Develop & deliver an ongoing capability plan across the Asahi-CUB sales teams, to educate and establish a comprehensive understanding of the spirits portfolio and brand stories.
- Educate consumers in key venues, PR opportunities, and major events, including tasting events and expos.
- Provide support to Asahi-CUB by conducting tastings and training for wholesale partners and third-party distributors.
- Drive brand awareness with consumers through the management and delivery of consumer tasting programs.
- Build rapport and engagement during industry preparation for tourist/ holiday peak season in key destination locations
- Manage and maintain relevant budgets and T & E planning
- Communicate and update feedback to sales lead post customer event/engagement

**About you**

You have a deep passion and extensive expertise of spirits, coupled with a strong background in hospitality, gained through experience at high-end venues.

**Or**

Your proven track record in spirits sales showcases your ability to combine product insight with exceptional relationship-building skills to drive growth in the on-premise landscape.

Experience and capabilities we are looking for:

- Comprehensive spirits/ cocktail knowledge
- Hospitality experience with a strong background in spirits/ cocktail making desirable
- Trade activation, sales and customer management experience in the liquor industry desirable
- Highly engaging with strong relationships management skills
- Established network within designated market highly advantageous
- Current Australian driver's licence
