Optimizing Residential Funding Expert

Our organization is seeking a seasoned funding professional to drive residential funding optimization and maximize its positive impact on residents.

About the Role:

This highly collaborative team member will maintain and monitor residential subsidy and funding centred to the Australian National Aged Care Classification (ANACC) model across various residential aged care homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residential managers in improving funding performance, achieving financial targets, and increasing profitability.
  • Supporting the end-to-end admissions and discharge process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in aged care and aged care accreditation.
  • Thorough understanding of AN-ACC principles.
  • Experience in training small groups and workplace assessment.
  • Previous experience working with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
  • High-level written and oral communication skills, including excellence in documentation and investigative skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and commitment to occasional travel across sites.
  • Sound technology skills, literate in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook 365.
