The role of Brand Manager is crucial in driving sales and customer engagement across all residential product categories. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive residential marketing plan to support sales targets and market share goals.

Effective brand communication strategies are essential across online and offline channels. This involves creating engaging content to raise awareness and advocacy for our technologies and brands. In addition, managing and tracking the performance of marketing activities, media agencies, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI is vital.

This position requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage, lead, and influence others. Excellent customer service focus and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential. The ideal candidate will have proven success in developing and executing national marketing campaigns (multiple brands).

A minimum 3 years' experience as a Brand Manager is required, along with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience in a Business Management role and a proven track record of delivering results under pressure are highly desirable.
