Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate daily room assignments and team responsibilities to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform thorough room inspections to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Support roster planning and optimize operational efficiency to meet business needs
  • Coach, mentor, and train Housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards
  • Respond to guest requests, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure timely release of rooms for guest check-ins while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury or upscale hotel setting (desired)
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills to drive results and achieve objectives
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • A proactive and guest-centric mindset to drive continuous improvement and excellence
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends
