Site Development Lead

About the Role:

  • Oversee and manage large-scale commercial hotel construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and supervise site trades and subcontractors to guarantee efficient execution of tasks.
  • Enforce daily sign-ins/outs, site inductions, and maintain a safe working environment in line with WHS regulations.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and report back to project managers.
  • Resolve site-related issues while maintaining effective communication channels between office and site teams.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Site Manager in commercial construction projects.
  • A strong background in hotel or hospitality developments is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Able to drive productivity, maintain strict safety standards, and deliver exceptional workmanship.
  • Proficient in digital site reporting and documentation tools.
  • Possession of a White Card and relevant certifications for site management.
