About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Critical Mission Solutions team at Jacobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of command and control systems for an Integrated Air and Missile Defence capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct test activities to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability.
  • Review and provide technical input on deliverables to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Support integration and transition activities to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain engineering documentation, including review and edits.
  • Provide expert engineering inputs into cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Defence environment, with a strong understanding of command and control systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on systems engineering or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance, with the ability to obtain higher clearances as required.
