Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Civil Engineering team in a major energy infrastructure project in Germany. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, civil engineering, and pipeline experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the civil engineering aspects of the energy infrastructure project
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure project objectives are met
  • Oversee the deployment of resources and subcontractors as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Drive project timelines and milestones
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in project management within civil engineering
  • Experience with pipelines is highly desirable; however, a strong background in Tiefbau is a must
  • Fluent in both German (B2) and English (B2)
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet high standards of performance
  • Flexibility to travel across Germany
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
