The District Administration Assistant plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our external and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to relevant staff members
  • Handling calls professionally and efficiently and responding to queries about the organisation
  • Providing empathetic support to distressed callers
  • Performing general office administrative duties such as mail, supplies, photocopying, and filing
  • Assisting with meeting organisation and preparation, including invitations and agendas
  • Updating directories and preparing reimbursement claims

The Ideal Candidate:

Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Australian drivers' licence and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are also essential requirements.
