We have successfully secured over $600 million in compensation for our clients by managing their DVA claims from start to finish – removing the stress, confusion, and bureaucracy from the process. Veterans First Consulting is seeking a dedicated Support Officer to assist current and ex-serving military members with their DVA claims. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in helping veterans navigate the claims process, secure fair compensation, and access the benefits they deserve from the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

This is a work-from-home opportunity open to candidates anywhere in Australia.

Responsibilities:


• Completing and lodging DVA claim forms on behalf of veterans


• Making referrals to medical providers


• Submitting required documentation and evidence to DVA


• Maintaining accurate client records in our case management system

Qualifications/ Experience:


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with learning new systems
