We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.
This role involves supporting individuals with their daily lives, identifying their needs, and developing strategies to improve their wellbeing.
You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and carers to create personalised plans that reflect their goals and strengths.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to a purpose-driven team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a passion for working in the disability sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing client needs and developing support plans
- Working with clients, families, and carers to achieve their goals
- Providing advocacy and support to enable clients to make informed decisions
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
- Current suitability at the Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Report writing experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and motivation to improve services
