This is a highly demanding Quality Assurance role where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with international food safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of FSANZ, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Key responsibilities include conducting internal audits, managing non-conformances, and driving implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
You will also be required to maintain and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure they align with safety and compliance protocols.
A Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline with a focus on food safety or quality is essential.
Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance roles within food or beverage manufacturing environments is necessary.
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
You must be proactive, hands-on, with a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for product quality and safety.
Other key qualifications include analytical, documentation, and organisational skills.
