Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and standards
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide training and support to staff on quality-related matters
- Participate in the development and review of policies and procedures to ensure that they meet quality requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering, aviation management)
Experience in a similar position
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
Understanding of aviation regulations and standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Full working rights
This is a 6-month causal contract offering full time hours with the potential for extension and permanency should you excel in the role.
