About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Officer. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Property Inspections: Conduct thorough written inspections of properties to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide Access and Support: Provide access to properties, collect files or keys, and perform other tasks outside of the office as required.
  • Key Management: Maintain the key register and manage key distribution to ensure efficient and secure access to properties.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Attend calls with Property Partners and Leasing Managers to discuss property condition or feedback from open homes or inspections.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for leasing and property management tasks as required.
  • Technology and Tools: Utilize our inspection platform, Inspection Express, to streamline inspections and reporting.
  • Property Management Tasks: Assist with basic property management tasks to ensure seamless operations.

  • Property Management Experience: Possess basic property management experience to understand the industry and its requirements.
