Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and potential customers within the region, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Test drive, diagnose, maintain, and repair all equipment in a timely and efficient manner, either in the workshop or in the field as required.
  • Ensure seamless communication with the parts department to provide an efficient and effective service to customers.
  • Accurately tag all warranty parts with the correct information.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Complete time cards daily, accurately recording job numbers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with modern construction and/or agricultural equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong team player mentality.
  • Ability to analyze problems and seek assistance when required.
  • Capacity to work to and meet deadlines, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic diagnostic equipment.
