ServiceNow Solution Developer

As a ServiceNow Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions that align with business outcomes. Your role will involve developing and maintaining ServiceNow modules, integrating components, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including components, integrations, workflows, and persona-based designs.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules and integrations, ensuring security, cost optimization, and high platform performance.
  • Champion platform best practices for development, deployment, release, and Evergreen maintenance.
  • Lead and collaborate across architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to consolidate requirements and ensure delivery of valuable solutions.
  • Coordinate platform operations, including resource scheduling, reporting, workload management, process improvement, and mentoring team members.
About You

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Specialist with a background as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Developer, Technical Business Analyst or System Administrator. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements:
  • Ideal experience in ITSM operations, stakeholder workshops, cybersecurity, documentation, automation, and orchestration.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow expertise in administration, development, and architecture.
  • Strong planning, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in agile, collaborative environments.
  • Holds or is willing to maintain ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect or System Administrator.
