Job Title: Servicenow Itsm Lead Developer

We are looking for a skilled Servicenow ITSM Lead Developer to join our team and elevate the performance of our Servicenow instance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, configuring, and maintaining Servicenow platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing customised solutions using Servicenow Cloud capabilities
  • Facilitating improvements in data input processes, data quality, and other asset-related features
  • Providing technical support for Servicenow cloud instances and ensuring seamless integration with partner systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Servicenow Lead Developer
  • Expertise in developing existing Servicenow Cloud instances, including partner integrations
  • Strong knowledge of Servicenow modules, features, and licensing options
  • Proficiency in scripting and data cleansing activities
  • Experience managing Servicenow upgrades and system administration tasks
  • Strong SQL/database skills for reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP and automation- terraform, Ansible
  • Servicenow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD
  • Experience with Servicenow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB best practices
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD integration with Servicenow

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging adjacent data sources and cloud automation skills to streamline integrations, optimize work flows and support digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining Servicenow platforms, including partner integrations
  • Experience in ITOM modules - Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management
