Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with 7 to 9 years of experience in BMC Helix technologies.

Mandatory Skills:
  • BMC Helix Dashboards
  • BMC Helix Remedy
  • BMC Helix Remedy – DWP & SmartIT
  • BMC Helix Remedy – Smart Reporting
  • ITIL V4
  • Incident Management
  • Service Integration and Management

The specialist will contribute to optimizing infrastructure processes and enhancing system performance, ensuring seamless operations and impactful results.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in development and integration of BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, Smart IT.
  • Proficient in Remedy Workflow customizations using Developer Studio.
  • Should have ITSM integration experience with external systems using different methodologies like REST API/ web service etc.
  • Strong ITIL Framework concepts.
  • Hand on experience on administration, configuration, troubleshooting BMC Remedy ITSM.
  • Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis skills, self-initiated, quick learner.
Requirements:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations from sources of record/tools to BMC CMDB
  • Design and develop Remedy workflow and code.
  • Design, develop and maintain CMDB reconciliation and normalization logic.
  • Integrate CMDB with multiple systems using Atrium Spoon and Atrium Integrator.
  • CMDB admin activities including Data load, Normalization, Reconciliation, Precedence rules configuration etc.
  • Knowledge of CMDB data dependencies with ITSM modules like Change Management and Incident Management etc.
  • Design and Develop CMDB reports using Smart Reporting/BMC Helix Dashboards.
